Incorrect fight respect bonus

Based on the following information, why is my fight respect only +1? Shouldn't it be +2?

i was asking myself the same thing. with my modifiers i shouldn't get 1 respect but i still do. why?

Really am not sure they work...some/all...I'm sure MXZ and others will confirm or confirm either way......
