We are looking for a syndicate in the top 500 with no gold use requirements. About half of my current syndicate seem to log on once or twice daily which is not acceptable and there are too many that have no clue how apply or follow a strategy to maximize points. Our syndicate went from rank 422 to about 530 to around 650.

We are looking for a syndicate with clear war discipline and no loose cannons that mess up war plans and membership must be only serious hourly players only.
