This may seem like a rookie question but how do you tell where your syndicate is ranked?

Saw your request on the forum. I'm wondering what you are looking for in a new member?

At the moment my main account is in a close to top 100 syndicate, but my second account (not in a syndicate yet) is building (quickly!). Gained about 10k in att and def with the boss event over the last days! At the moment i think it is a little weak, but if you're happy to see the potential (and like a honeypot on board) I would be interested.
