syndicate needed lvl 23

lvl 23 daily player and active all 3 days during battle for cities. I hit walls , hideouts, or even power attrack the DL. I am looking for a goo orginized syndicate with a leader that gives good dirrection. Tierd of a faction wher there is no leadership and everyone flakes so only 3 players rack up all the points. very strong with excellent stats for 23 lvl, 10K IPH, 9k def, 8.5k att I donnate daily.
