I also thought it odd for a level 29 that he would have 2 santa maria train stations, Two curragh(one level 3), 2 alexandria villa, and anniversary buildings.

yes there are some campers who have been playing since the game started. I know some and there are some on this forum. myself I am not camper, but am allies with several from the very beginnig of the game.
