I have several people in my syndicate that can't access the battle because the globe won't load.... Can we get some help?

I'm the leader of my syndicate and have been without my game for a week without any support...my syndicate is getting their cushions whipped and Gree has no desire to fix it!!!

I missed all of the last battle as well. It's a known issue and a "fix" is in the works. I just hope it comes before I try dipsticks "fix" from the other thread on this!

Tried deleting and reinstalling. Tried deleting, resetting game then installing, tried HD version, non hd version, even tried iPhone version on iPad! Nothing but frustration so far.
