Check this out - is this legit?

So we all know there have been issues with ppl losing to players with lower stats. I've been seeing this so much more now--it is so common now. But this is crazy: level 63 player with 268 allies and only 92,262 iph but 43 million in bank. only 78 attack wins 37 losses and 45 wins 0 losses raiding. Also, only 13,276 attack and 15,193 defense.

I lose attacking and my attack is 68k. this player has no faction units with big bonuses. even if he had max faction bonuses i don't think he can boost his stats that much. Is this legit?

If not, this hacking/cheating is ruining this game for real

Could be his IPH is low and vault high due to selling his buildings? I raided one player every day for a week or two until he sold all his buildings...

The cash isn't all that abnormal and shouldn't be a red flag by itself. How many missions has he completed? Maybe he generates additional cash through PVE. He obviously doesn't do much PVP so he's gotta be doing something to get to level 68.

he's only done 76 missions

Only possible explanation is scratcher then.
There are still players in the 40s with legitimate dry docks who have been camping this whole time, but there's no way he would have been able to hang onto that much cash for that long with that low of a defense score.

His vault could be high enough to hold that much cash protected.

The bigger question is, how do you gain enough XP to be at level 68 with only doing 76 missions and 160 attacks/raids combined? That's a red flag to me.

i started a llp on android just to see how lame it is on android (keeps crashing ) , level 3, 0 attacks won 0 lost , 0 raids won 0 lost ,not even 1k stats , i won 100m on scratcher . If he keeps getting big amounts of cash then i would ask the question .
