Ranking Issue - Major to Colonel

Is there an issue with the rank advancement from Major to Colonel? It looks like the cutover should be 1m, but on my app it is 1.39m...

Anyone else see this issue?

I have exactely the same issue.

I raised a ticket about it and got a reply today infact.
It's been like a month since I raised the ticket, and all they did was ask if I still had the problem.

I replied that I did and we'll see what happens from here.

Obviously I'm not alone! :)

You need 1.39mil battle points for colonel rank. its been that way for everyone since the beginning.
The 1m battle points quoted is just a rounding figure
No ticket required.

Maybe it's stuffed for everybody, but I'm pretty sure that no where in the world is 1000000 rounded to 1390000

That's like saying that you get a prize for top 100 in Ireland, but they really mean top 139!

Plain and simple... They broke it, they need to fix it.

Plain and simple... They broke it, they need to fix it.

The rounded figure is 1 mil. 1,39 rounds down to 1 if ur cutting both decimals. And that goes everywhere in the world.

It says you need 1M points. That should mean 1M. Not 1.39M

Because it's the difference between a descrete and a non-descrete figure. Placement 100 is the exact place of the 100th faction. Rounding is not plausible in that case. 1,39 on the other hand can be rounded to 1,4 (you cut the percentil) or to 1. The tier says 300k - 1M and if you expand the info arrow it says 1,390,000. Simple. And it's not a defence. Rules of rounding are facts. I don't say I lik it. But in this case, just bite the dust, do the choka choka and rank up!

Because the private rank is 0-250 not 0-390250
specialist is 250-3150 not 250-393150
etc etc
What has happened is at Major rank, they have added the additional 390k
Every other rank up until that point is actually correct.
So it's not this rounding krap that you're talking.

It might be extra for everybody, so it's a level playing field.. That doesn't make it correct.
If they wanted it to be 1.39M it should be stated as such.

Yes, I do. And the exact tier are written out if you'd care to expand the info. Now, as Mcdoc put it, it has been there since the beginning. What's your point? That it's unfair? That it's GREE cheeting? Trying to make us plan the party too soon? I'm 367,769 pts from ranking up from Col to Gen but you don't see me whining about it. Loose it and move on, your energy is probably needed somwhere else.
