Single player looking for a decent faction to improve

Hi there. My lost post was unsuccessful about a merge as I couldn't find enough people to come. So I am going all by self probably. Hopefully I'm looking for a top 1000 faction. My ign is OSAMA and stats are 9000 and almost 11000 respectively. I have only one request. I can't donate for awhile as I am attacking people constantly for the new LE building!
