It'll be out for everyone soon. The reason it goes out a few days after the end of the month is because we typically get a ton of people requesting to join on the last day of a month; those are hand-processed into the system.

Also no, we've never delayed the bonus process for any reason other than processing time.

You need to sign up for it first. Send a help ticket saying that u want info on the bonus gold program. Once you signed up its all automatic after that. Send the ticket asap it may be to late for April but u never know..

lol I already spent the money and a big part of that was the premise that I was getting some serious discounts on my gold purchases. I certainly am never going to make a purchase from a company that doesn't honor promises to its customers.


This "quality" of service is unacceptable. I've already left a detailed review and rating on the iTunes store for others to be aware of before they participate.

Too late. You would of had to send support an e-mail in April that you want to enroll to get credit for the month of April.

The word I received from Gree was to expect bonus gold during the first 7 days the month. Chill until Wednesday people. As far as I'm concerned, Gree has zero interest in messing with this or even delaying it. The sooner we get it, the sooner we spend it, the sooner we buy more. Appreciate the updates CJ54. Although it can take much longer than you wished for, the bonus will be dispersed. My suggestion is to give out the bonus instantly when a certain tier is reached. Why wait till the next month? It would prevent much aggrevation. It would also stimulate spontanuous purchasing just before an event ;)

This is proof that sometimes the machines, in this case your automated system, they can not replace the man. For your information I live in Italy, here we have the euro as their currency, so counting 21 receipts received in Euros, I have exceeded the agreed 2000.00 dollars for the bonus, right! It appears to me your bonus program provides a cost 50,000 gold like this, so if math is not an opinion, I miss 35,000 gold. Now the point is this, to whom I must ask explanations to you or your automated system?
