CJ, it's been since January - countless tickets, spreadsheets sent with member names and IDs, frustration, etc. myself and 2 others have received the A2 Stiletto but the rest of the faction has still not received this unit. It really puts us at an unfair advantage! Forget the 1600/1000 stats but account for the 5% air attack boost faction wide (i think we had 34 members then). How many more fights could we win with that? how many more WD points would that be? A complete travesty!

When will this be fixed CJ, et al at Gree? Silence on your end for 5 months is going to lead to future problems. Ban this name and IP - ill simply start another one tomorrow. Close this thread to "silence" me in a public forum again. Tell me again this isn't the "place" for this issue. Where is this special "place" CJ? It certainly isn't in the ticket, email "place" - perhaps lawyers can serve you and that is the "place" for justice for gold spent, rewards not received - yet proven by Gree that it was earned! Emails from Gree are amongst our documented files. legal counsel has been in agreement with our grievances. Should we need to escalate this issue to channels mentioned above. Choice is yours, take action and reward us our earned units from Brazil. Time is truly not on Gree's side here anymore!

Also the threat of Lawers means very little...afterall you don't own anything regardless if you have the unit or not.

@ thief, thousands of real money faction wide for Gree gold is just a start for our lawyers. Other factions that have been duped by Gree are willing to join us in a class action lawsuit. This just isn't funny anymore. ZERO customer support. I know rumors abound in some of the top 3 factions on this lawsuit - their stand is the hackers being allowed to run rampant when they spend very large amounts of gold (real money mind you) and face up with 1mil+ stat hackers - Gree is skating on thin ice....

As for owning something, it's the unit promised if we placed top 100 in Brazil. Which we did and was confirmed 3 times by Gree. Sort of like gambling at the casino, you win blackjack and trade your chips in for money (reward) and the casino tells you - "you didn't win anything'" is there a difference?

Has anyone ever received missed units after an event has ended? Do they even have the ability to add them to an account after the fact?

I am asking this for a specific reason, I am missing all of my items from this last event and have put in a ticket with no response. Is there any hope for me?

Yes da Hoosier - 3 of our members got the reward - A2 months later. After repeated tickets. But approximately 30 others have not.

I believe you can file locally in small claims court very cheaply. If they don't send a representative to defend , you should win judgement by default. Doubt they going pay big money to send a lawyer to where ever USA for a small claims case.

Cheaper just to pay the small claims I imagine.
Maybe some lawyer type could correct me if I am wrong.

Da Hoosier - I've already investigated this issue and from a legal standpoint- from many attorneys I know personally, there is a case. In fact, possible class action lawsuit is brewing. If Gree deletes my game account or my faction members accounts. It will certainly happen.

I received my FAHD apc (from Egypt) after China. 1/2 the faction had theirs and 1/2 didn't for a long time then they fixed it all. I think they have to do each one manually as a lot of us got ours on different days.

Yours has been way too long, I'm kinda surprised, it's not like a unit has any real value or cost to them.

Lol. I'm sorry but I had to laugh at this post, especially the part about being a ****. So the past 5 months of sending in ticket after ticket to resolve the issue, with no response what so ever, and the OP decides to take it to a public forum constitutes as being a "****"? Wow...in essence that line didn't make a lick of sense because it has already been 5 months, so I'm not sure what your definition of "faster" is. I doubt they were irate 5 months ago, and I didn't take this original post as being irate either. Frustrated yes, and understandably so.

And because GREEd's lawyers are supposedly better than the commoner's lawyers that gives them the right to do what they want? The bigger they are, the harder they fall. If it weren't for us, they wouldn't be this multi-million dollar company.

We buy gold in WDs to get the highest ranking we possibly can so we can get the units to boost our stats. If we fall within the said criteria to get these units, and do not receive, seems like a return on an investment that was earned, wasn't met.

5 months is ridiculous to not have had this issue taken care of already. It's not like they have an aircraft hangar, or a garage behind the GREEd headquarters where they physically have to make the unit.
