Planning my hood

Sorry for another pointless thread, but I can't seem to get the hood planner to open and am wondering on which buildings to upgrade. I'm currently lvl 32 and have been upgrading my 3 hour buildings to lvl 5. I have 7 hours left on my last one. My question is which building is next? I currently have 2 lvl 1 Dominicans a lvl 1 loft, a lvl 1 theatre and a lvl 3 theatre I'm thinking about? thoughts ideas? Thanks and again sorry for another pointless thread.

Don't worry about upgrading anything but for your lofts and MT

Thanks a lot. I've heard MTs are amazing. Should i level them up equally or do one to 10 then the other?

Two ways to look at it, one if you upgrade one all the way to lvl 10 you will have problems with upgrade costs and spending a lot of time waiting to collect and not upgrading anything. Also I never put all my eggs into my basket.
Second way it doesn't really matter but the MT and lofts will will set you up to buy night clubs. So just upgrade them as fast as possible

I thought MTs were amazing too, then one day a date made me drop $10.00/ticket to see Gigli. Yeah.....Gigli, the movie starring Beniffer. Needless to say, I don't find MTs to be so amazing anymore.

I didn't even get an buttery old fashioned for my troubles either. Worst....date...ever.

MTs and Lofts are amazing for low level players.
My recommendation (judt like everyone else) is to upgrade equally. If you have enough to upgrade your Loft now, do that. If not, just upgrade the MT or build a 2nd Loft.
I got my 1st NC when both my MTs were L10 and my Lofts were L7. You collect 1.7mil every 12 hours.
