I've built up this syndicate with mostly my own money so you are not required to donate daily like with most syndicates. You certainly can make contributions you won't be asked to. The only requirement is that you actively participate in the battles. Players of any level will be accepted.
Here are the bonuses so far:
Fight Respect Payout: +15%
Car Defense: +10%
Building $$$ Output: +15%
Melee Defense: +25%
Gun Defense: +20%
Armor Defense: +10%
Building Defense: +25%
