Do LLPs regen energy more quickly than HLPs?

My LLP who is not in a faction seems to regen energy faster than my HLP that is in a faction with tons of faction and special unit bonuses. LLP is British flag and HLP is Russian?

Can't understand why one would regen energy more quickly that one with bonuses?

Nope should be 25 min (or 100 for a full regen) before any bonuses are applied.

I meant energy regen, the one used for missions. Been timing it now and it's definitely quicker to regen an LLP. Started both from 0 and one is now 40 ahead of the other.

Well theres a flag that does that...but not UK or russia

There are units that give +1 and +2 to energy regen. Does one go up by 4 a min and the other goes up by 3 a min?
The last 10 crate had one of these and there was a pharros sub in Egypt for top 25 teams.

Well it shows you how much time and how many Energy it gives you when it goes up....you should look at your LLP and determine it...then i might be able to pinpoint what it is better?

Does it go up every 54 seconds or does it go up by 4?

I've seen this in CC and KA. Sometimes my player is awarded a random amount of energy for no good reason, this could be the cause of it.
