Anyone have an abandoned and upgraded faction they don't want?

We have decided that our faction needs a feeder faction. I obviously can start this myself obviously but it would be easier if there is an an existing one out their that we can take over with some upgrades already carried out.
By agreement people would be protected and it would serve as the feder faction for the main BoS faction which is top 50/100 in every war.
If you have a faction or will consider a takeover that will benefit you and your team we can offer support advice and help to improve, let me know.

I see no violation of the in game ToS here.
I might have overlooked something in the forum rules but hes not trying to buy anything.

HGF69 there are probably quite a few out there....it's a matter of getting in contact with them.
