I am a leader of a faction and I accidentally blocked a member who posted on my wall. How do I unblock him? I wrote a comment on his wall, but I'm not sure it will work

You have to submit a ticket to support and wait for them to unblock the person. If you have their name and player ID as well as post on their wall it will help. I hope they get to it for you. It can take a while, as with everything. Best wishes.

You could unfriend him and re-add him. If he is your ally if not support is the only way

I can get my Def leader to get their alliance ID # for me, but then what? I just email it to support?
