How should we report hackers Gree?

Im a no banker, legit player, and gettin pretty pissed about losing 300k to people who are blatantly hacking. So how should we formalize hacker reports?

If only one of the CC admins would address this issue we can start actually dealing with this problem. Tell us what to do gree were willing!

At least 5 screenshots of evidence of hacking? Player rob/attack/job records? Post on the hackers wall a code so admins could pick up the account and check it out? What do you want from us gree were here to make a difference. I love this game but cant justify spending money on a game where regardless of what I invest some hacker can just come out of nowhere and win.

Because depending on your level and stats you can lose a lot more money with the games 10% deduction fee than by someone risking robbing your person 10 times

Yep. When I was up to a month of no successful attempts at me I decided to no bank. That is now many months ago and I have not had a single successful attempt at me since; excluding syn war of course. For me it has definitely been worth taking the risk.

I used to no bank, but when these syndicate wars and new respect items popped up. I have gotten attacks from a lot of hackers as of late. Most of which has top 100 prizes from previous wars to boot. So yeah, no banking now is not worth it, or using gold in the events. Heck, I even forbid my syndicate from using gold, and we are more than happy staying just in the top 1k.


No banking isn't worth it anymore unless your syndicate doesn't have the building output bonus maxed out or you're in tier 1.

I think at the moment most of the successful attacks are from cheats. Most of the time it's a quick report and I'm done. By the time GREE gets around to closing the ticket the revenge tab is off my news feed and I have no idea what happened to them.

I don't really know if I want to message him back, because I don't want to be disappointed that his 2 casinos at level 179 might have been legit in the eyes of GREE.

No that was months ago during the Many 7/11 scandal. Full player inventory spreadsheets to make sure. And to the off topic, I still no-bank because i dont get hit often and even if i do lose 300k i make that back easily. I'd rather not gaurentee lose millions on banking when i can take a chance with my high stats and maybe lose 300k every now and then.

Now back to topic. What do you think would be the most efficient way for Gree to take player reports?

File a report with your local police station, realise they don't understand, get the phone number of the hacker. Call them up, tell them 'Listen I don't know who you are but if you quit in the next 24 hours that will be the end of it, I will not pursue you, I will not come for you. But if you don't, I will find you, I will take you to Gree headquarters, they will ban you.' When the hacker replies 'good luck', you will have traced the line and gotten on the first flight to where he's at. You must find him, beat him until he will confess, then physically hand him to Gree for the report to be effective. Good luck mate, I have used this method a few times.
