If you have the Cupid's bow and over 200 HS, the maybe you could complete this one. Maybe. Otherwise, open your wallet.

The last two sections alone cost me about 400 gems of energy, and I'm no slouch.

400 gems is 20 energy refills, at 1k energy per, is 20k energy. Normal energy regen at 3/min x 24 hours x 60 minutes is 4320 energy per day. So between four and five days to complete sections 11&12. So if you can finish the 10th section by Wednesday morning, and you waste absolutely no energy between then and the event's end, you could do it.

Oh, and that's if you have the best weapon and armor in the game right now, and around 100 HS.

So, the verdict is : challenging, but not completely impossible for someone to complete normal mode for free.

Seems fair for some free players.
When they start with a full bar, let say of 1300 energy, they can use in total 27220 energy. So when they need from the positive side of view 20K energy for the last 2 sections, they have 7220 left to spend on the other sections.
Up to the section the Leech I used approx.. 1400 energy ( that's half way the quest) so aprox. 5820 available for the mid-sections :) , of course they must have a weapon of 100HS.

Let's see how things turn out, after some days we always can use GEMS to finish it :D

I never thought that i can finish this for free, i got over 100hs but not an high weapon class...i had just said that some older LTQ were easier to complete even for free, or with the few gems that tapjoy/video gave, now instead LTQ seems harder, at least for me...

I am up to the Witch so far as I write this without the use of any Gems. I was lucky enough to level up half way through to this point so I got a full extra energy in. Add to that I have a 33% boost on energy regen according to this new patch stats, given some special units I was also lucky enough to acquire for free in the last tonic box event :-)

So hopefully I will complete this event on normal before the end, and will get at least some way into the Heroic version before the end.

For reference, I am level 102 with an energy of 1100 and have never used Gems in the game so far.

My LLP was able to trigger the boss event at about L10. Little bmx's player level is now L21 and is currently on boss L28.

Little bmx was able to trigger the 12 assassins LTQ at L19 and is growing in stats big time now. I'm putting all my skill points to hero strength.

I wonder who has the sickest LLP out there? Anyone like L25 and 100k stats? It wouldn't surprise me one bit.

I got King of Bones (H) in Brutish Codex, and by then I were probably around level 70.

At that time I didn't even knew that there was an Heroic mode. I though it was only a lame way of giving us different units without having to design new ones. :)

Update, just arrived in the part Viper (3/4) had yesterday 1x a level up so could use my full bar energy again.
I think also the calculations are not really as how the game works, my energy refills overnight to a full bar, while according to the formula I should have less than my full bar, maybe some bonus energy while we're not using it..

I will do today and the next 2 days the quest without gems, think there is more than enough time to see how much time it cost to play gemless, than the last 2 days blow some gems to do the last part (if necessary) and do the heroic part..
The Boss quest, I need 1 rare item " Remi the Weeper" , wonder how long that will take..( 5 days left....)

Idk, they don't have access to more than one LTQ or two boss fights. Figure 50k stats from one completed LTQ? Level 25 can have 125 allies, 375 units.. That's another 40k from free units... Wait no good unit buildings... Call it 25k from free units... No, don't think you'll make it (theoretically, anyone willing to do a heroic LTQ at level 25 isn't going to stay there). Not without spending on individual units out the bum hole. But it could happen.

For instance, one could purchase 375 of the Imperial Executioner unit from the store which is 900/714 Infantry and have a level 10 blacksmith. No weapons or armor or other units.

900*375 = 337,500 * 1.2 = 405,000
714 * 375 = 267,750 * 1.2 = 321,300

All this for the low, low price (today only!) of 800 gems x 375 per * $100/1500gems = $20k USD. What a steal!

Just goes to show that anything is possible for the 1%. Not saying anyone with that kinda money would be stupid enough to do this. But it is possible.

This LTQ event should be avoided by all low level camper accounts (if you do decide to come out of your shell). The exp points gain in this LTQ is exceptionally high and depending on your level, can push you up several notches in levels. I started at L51 and am now close to finishing 11/12 parts in normal mode. I am now at level 61. I do an average of 185 per hit. The last LTQ was exceptionally kind for campers with low exp gains. So beware, you have been warned. Stay in your shell.

I'm almost finished with the quest in normal mode and hope to level up tomorrow, I just levelled up 1x so 2 times I don't really mind...I need my extra full bar energy to finish this quest tomorrow and after this I start camping again...( I hope to stay for a while in level 120 ) however it is every time very tempting to do a quest again because of the high stat rewards...!!!

I will do this for a mage as thats what my account is. Someone else can fill in the other weapons and armors if they feel like it. I also will not include the stats for defense buildings.

Lets take a lvl 25 mage that has never done an ltq, normal quest or boss event and see what the current max stats would be. I am not positive when some of the weapons open up so if someone wants to correct me I can change it.

a level 25 could bring
375 Flame Cannons to battle 375*62 = 23,250
375 heavy battleaxes to battle 375*21 = 7,875
375 Banneret Plates to battle 375*14 = 5,250
total 36,375

So right now you seem to be maxed out at 36,375.

Now take that account and put it in the top ten?

Dragons Roost raw atk stats from awards 32,824
Battle for Blighted Woods raw atk stats 34,836

so a lvl 25 that rode thru the wars just wall smacking would be at 104,035 just after the two wars not taking into account the unit bonuses. Those bonuses would probably bump it another...25k? Someone with better math skills then I can look into that.

and after the coming war, which looks like it might be next weekend...:mad:

you would have a level 25 rocking the astonishing atk stat of 142,264

My point on a L25 player not possibly having 100k stats is 100% true in a real world scenario. What you quote as an example is purely hypothetical. I just finished the normal mode, needed to spend a couple of hundreds Gems to finish the last section, but I just wanted to end this part., strange enough in the voice section part 2/4 I killed the monsters and it started again in the 2/4 part, so I waisted my energy and time with that!! Somebody encountered the same in this quest somewhere??

My Question, I checked the reward list for the heroic mode, but didn't see any real interesting rewards, is there an unit with a special bonus in this quest? the weapons and armor are also not better than in the previous quest..your thoughts please?

I have been going through the latest event but have come across a problem. I have got to the cursed graveyard but when i go there to take on the enemy nothing shows up. I cNt see any creatures to fight neither can i see my own character This is the second event that this sort of thing has happened but i get nothing back from Gree when emailed from with in the game. I currently have emailed them about this 4 times with no reply as to how to fix this.
Does any out there have an idea

Dropped right to the third rank of the 6th tier of the event in an hour with beating a freaking boss up to lvl 30 ain't I'm lucky :D I just started my account a couple hour ago. And already 19k atk and 17k def :)
Edit: 1st rank of the seventh tier assasin event by now with boss lvl 37 complete. Just need the one more rewarded soldier before I get the daggerhowl reward .

You will see multiple quests tabs for the 12 assassins. One gives you a general overview of collecting the victims. That will take you to crossroads but you get the victims for defeating zokon in the triggered events. You should see another quest for doing the LTQ, where you will be on stage x/4 against the 12 different assassins. This will take you to the appropriate map and put the green arrows above your targets.

Coincidentally killing the monsters will also drop the Greek boxes, the event that just started. If you can't find the proper event just start going down the list of your quests till you get the right one. Sometimes to trigger the event you have to close your app then restart but this is generally only when you were already in the app when the event started.

To the guy asking about the boost unit, I was unclear. I was verifying up until the point that I had personally completed at the time contained no boosts. I've since completed 4/4 voice II and there still are no boost units. Someone else will have to speak for the twins II.

Yes, I've encountered this. It just has to due with server lag. I get out of the game, clear from memory and relaunch app to fix. It has worked every time on my WiFi iPad. If device is having memory issues, you may need to power it off and on. If you have a different device, same procedure should still work. GL!

Note: You also need to be sure you are linking to the next quest map properly. -OP- explains how this works in post #101 above.

I stalled out at 1/4 Assassins: The Twins on normal mode, and finally caved and used a couple energy refills to finish that one level. Unfortunately I am warrior class and cant use the Blades of Force (Weapon 59/49). I really wish GREE would list the class for weapons and armor.

With rare exceptions, you can tell from the picture which class can use which item. Most pairs of blades (dual wield), bows, daggers, and assassination sounding names are for rogues. Most humongous two handed swords and maces, and glory/honor names are for warriors. Staves, scepters, wands, and small swords, and wizardly/magic names are usually for mages. There have been notable exceptions, the most recent of which was Cupid's Bow, but that was a collect 10 reward.
