Congrats....I think it's a pride thing....I figure since the ultimate goal is to have all level 10 buildings, I might as well be proud of them all. It's definitely not an economic thing. I have 76 more hours before my meat factory gets to level 10. And I know that's not a smart upgrade but I'm proud of it!

You could classify the Meat Factory as a "saving upgrade". I do one of those when I need to save some money but still want to be upgrading something.

Yep...that's how my fish store and meat factory both got to level 10. Upgrading whilst saving for nightclubs and now currently saving for 2 casinos and a hood expansion.

Bit of both really! It's quite cheap and a long upgrade so a good chance to save for more expensive upgrades.

Saving upgrade would be my current Magic Playhouse to level 7 upgrade that it going on now while I try to save up another 18mil to get my NC up to level 2.
