You need to contact Tapjoy as they are responsible for allocating the gems.

If you go to thwe bottom right hand corner of the Tapjoy screen there is a button marked 'Missing Gems?'.

Press it, fill out the info and send it off to Tapjoy, who will then credit you with the missing gems.

Note: you will have to remember the offer that you pressed. Their admin is good and does get back to you quickly.

It is not to my knowledge a Gree issue.

Yesterday I had the same problem, no gems regardless how many videos I watched. Today I watched five videos and got my five gems.
But I needed to switch from my kingdom to a map and back before they did show up. I actually watched a video and exited the game, then when I came back I noticed that I'd got one free gem. Then I watched two more, but initially they didn't show. I went to a different map, and poof, there these two gems were. I watched two more and again they came when I changed map.
After five videos the button didn't work anymore, as it normally does when you have watched your daily quota.

Still later today I've seen four more videos and got the free gems from them. So now it works again for me, even if it didn't yesterday.

Send in a report ticket.

Sometimes I have to wait a while or even resubmit which I try not to do as unless three to four days have passed without a reply letter on the issue. Remember when people spam support tickets it slows every thing down for everyone. On average it normally take Gree 3 to 5 days to resolve my issues. Believe it or not they have resolved most of my issues including refunding gems when the situation was valid.

1) Think twice about submitting multiple tickets without even waiting 3 to 4 days cause if you do well guess what you are one of the reasons it takes them so long to reply.

2) Think about how you address people when you contact support in any business honey often works better than vinegar. State your claim when they help you try thanking them for their help from the previous time. Try to refrain from threats and vulgar language tell and inappropriate time has passed without results. You may dislike Gree but there is a real person that handles support that does their job and showing appreciation from previous tickets and being tactful about how you approach your issue could determine if they feel like going above and beyond to help you or to bury you for someone else to deal with.

3) If you play games of any sorts it is clear that even with beata testing, which Gree to my knowledge doesn't do with normal customers who knows they may have a handful to test new releases, things happen as they make upgrades to fix an issue and to improve the game by adding features.

4) Try thanking them when they do things right they are probably gonna be more willing to change things people ask for when they are shown gratitude.

5) When there is a problem try to bring the issue up in a tactful way via a ticket first and the forums second to see if maybe other people have the same issue.

6) Try to be patient and see if the issue gets resolved.

7) If all else fails then maybe you can try to get some people together to voice a concern to Gree and show them that not just a few but many people are unhappy with a situation.

It works for me I get most of my issues resolved in a timely manor. Almost every suggestion I have made to improve the game they have done. I don't expect them to accept all my ideas but the fact that they have adopted most of them shows me that they are listening.

Granted there are still a few things and important things i am unhappy with but it is my hopes that they will change these as well eventually.

You can take it or leave it but those are my 2 free gems on a proven method of dealing with support for almost everything in life.
