Finally got the last tonic exited and all. Bonus not working. Still regen 3 a tick and 60 second ticks, Anyone have this one working?

works for me just fine, didnt even have to reload the game, i get +4 every 60 seconds

Works fine for me too.Had to restart game and it worked fine your see a little 4 instead of 3 when regenerating.

No need even to reload..it started working for me immediately. Getting +4 for every minute :)
