Hey gang, BMX here reminding you to stay fit and healthy for WD Events.
It's a marathon and not a sprint.
Make sure you stay hydrated, drinks lots of water or fluids every couple hours.
Fruit is an excellent source of energy.
If large meals are difficult to prepare, granola bars or energy bars can be a quick substitute.
Light stretching and excersise is good between battles. Simple 4th grade phys ed excersises like arm circles or jumping jacks are an easy way to stay limber and keep a little cardio going.
Most of us are of age to enjoy a cocktail or two while battling and conversing in faction forums, but remember; alcohol can impair your judgement and can lead to careless gold spending.
