Cannot send ticket to support...phone hangs

Before when sending something to support I could use GMAIL but now with the 3.6 update for Android I get this "Post Message" instead. And I cannot type anything there. The phone just hangs.
Ok perhaps it's my crappy phone but still...

Do you have access to a pc or another way to send in a support ticket other than in-game? You can post a ticket to them going through the website and letting them know there's a problem.

Yes I sent in a ticket necroing one of my old tickets.
Perhaps it's my phone that's crap.
