It is per month, so you would need to get in the tier by the 30th. The new program is not as good as the old one.

Bonus programs are now automatic. No tickets need to be sent:

Whatever you have purchased in the month of April will determine your Bonus: Remember it's based on the amount of dollars you spent NOT vaults.

IS this confirmed or would it still be a good idea to send a ticket just to be sure?

I appreciate the help. My question is still unanswered tho. Asked to get in last month got in 2 weeks ago. I have spent 425 bucks as of today. I know I need 75 bucks to get a bonus. Will this count for THIS month being I just got enrolled 2 weeks ago. Or is will it start NEXT month ?????

It was confirmed. However if you don't get your Bonus by mid May i would follow up with a ticket personally....but the whole reason for the change was to reduce the number of tickets to support.

You still have to send in a ticket to inquire about it (we still have to add people by hand), but after that, if you've got confirmation you're good to go (if you haven't gotten confirmation but sent in an email in April, fret not, the bonus program specialists are burning the midnight oil to get everyone added).

You just don't have to send in a ticket to get it now; bonuses all go out at the end of the month.

Thanks CJ....although i'm really confused as how the new program then reduces the number of tickets as that was my explanation given for the new program. I am here to try and help others but the information i recieve doesn't always seem to add up.

Signing someone up once and then automating the actual bonusing is a major improvement over manually processing monthly requests from everyone on the program (one time vs. every month for each person). That's the part we couldn't scale (the wait times were admittedly getting ridiculous). And once we get into the swing of things it will be smoother, no more waiting for an indefinite period of time, you'll know within a few days of when you are getting your bonus so you can plan for that, etc.

So if i've done the bonus program before i don't have to send in a ticket?
Or once i'm enrolled in the new bonus program i won't have to send in a ticket for future months?
Or i will always send in a ticket it's just much less work than the old system?

If you're in the program and you got the updated details, or you've signed up now and gotten the welcome letter, you no longer need to send in a ticket to claim the actual bonus. They are all sent out a few days into the next month automatically. Basically, one email and one reply and you're good to go for the future.

If you haven't claimed a bonus in the last five or six months (but were on the program previously) you can send in a ticket to make sure you've gotten the updated rules. We've migrated people over but it doesn't hurt to check in case a spam filter ate the update we sent out.
