Since so many of us are waiting on backlogged refund tickets regarding misclicks, glitches and whatnot, a 40% sale would be a nice gesture on Gree's part.

By the way, what is the turn around time for a misclick refund right now? I've received this type of refund in a few hours sometimes... but not this time, and it was a whopper misclick!

We always get a 20% off sale...but now they have changed the bonus program.

So if you figure you usually get 20% off you Spend $400 to get 10k Gold or 25 Gold per Dollar Spent

Now you have to spend $500...lets assume 40% sale
BUT you don't have to buy full Vaults So you buy 8 Vaults for $480 and 1 Stockpile @ $14 and 1 Stash @$6...Wait that doesn't get you $500...that only get you $499.90 So better get a Bag of Gold for $3 to cover yourself.

So
50 for a bag
110 for a stash
240 for a Stockpile
12,000 for 8 Vautls
+ 2500 bonus is 14,900 is 29.622 Gold per dollar Spent.

So yes it looks like your getting a better deal...but your also spending $103 dollars more to get that return.

Looks like a way to appease the masses....Just don't tell the Really big Spenders to do the same math....

Sadly no....they track the Dollars now thats why every purchase can count towards the bonus program...but it's the dollars that get you there not the Vaults. (or at least this is what was told to me...apparently you need to send in a ticket to get confirmation for your account)

Talk about hitting the nail on the head. Gree has poor customer service. I have two tickets out there, one for actual game play issues and one for gold issue. About every two weeks they try to close the tickets with no resolution by sending this email. First time I ignored it and they just closed my ticket. This is their song and dance. Careful guys, be sure you stay on top of them.

I only buy itunes cards when there is a 20% sale, and I only use them for gold when there is a 40% sale. It's my principle, Gree can verify that on my account. So yes, I haven't bought gold in a long time but at least Gree knows what to do if they want me to spend.

All I wanted to say is that Gree will not do a 40% sale just because people are asking for it (even if they say "please"). They will do a 40% sale when they see that their sales objectives are not reached. Gree is a company, not a charity. So if you want to have a 40% sale, just stop buying gold when it's not! As simple as that...

Why should GREE do 40% sale when there's a a big jump in profits (based on total wd points) from brazil (40% + 20% sale) and greenland/egypt/china (20% sale) ?

Downvote. 40% off sale is just points inflation. All it serves to do is make free players that much less competitive. Gold players will spend X amount of dollars on the event either way.

Well I've been playing the game for over 12 months so hardly new, have only recently got an Android device though.

Even if there is a 40% sale more people would just buy more gold and therefore more WD points for each tier. Then people would just have to spend more gold to stay where they are.
