Always. Report em all. I've seen two or three that I've reported go inactive. It's poetic justice. And besides, it can't hurt and doesn't take but a minute or two.

Will do that, they have non of the bonuses needed to get the multiple buildings. I thought I read the max for bonuses was 3 or 4
