What is the latest you can declare war?

If memory serves, guilds are not able to declare war even if there is a full hour left on the timer... So when should the last war be declared? 2 hours? An hour and a half? What was the latest you declared battle in the last war? For us it was 2 hours if I remember correctly...

Last war we were able to declare with 10 minutes left, but Gree likes to change the rules at the last minute :)

We just declared war with 1:08 hours on the clock and got matched at 1:04

it didn't let us declare again with 10 mins left :P see they like to change their rules.

declared at 0:45 and got a match at 0:38 - but the fighting just ended as soon as the overall clock hit 0:00 - seems a fair solution to me

the bigger problem was the leaderboard, which froze about an hour before end...

We declared with an hour and ten minutes remaining to make sure we were matched up and had a full hour for battle.

We were unable to declare with 16 min left to go in event. Guild Whatever :-)

We were able to declare at 1:08 roughly and got paired at about 55 minutes
