You should just contact silent assassins and see if they will take you under their umbrella .... From what I have heard, they are in the process of setting up additional syndicates as they have too many great applicants to fit in one syndicate.

While that's a nice thought I'm sure they would be looking for a top ten team to use, on another note I'd like to give a shout out to smoke from the silent assassins who dropped into out syndicate and left some cash behind, cheers :)
