GREE--get your act together and fix the server issue before it ruins the war!

Many players in numerous guilds are having a server issue that is preventing them from getting hits in. In the worst cases, guilds can't take down the guild guardian or the wall, so the whole war is pointless. In addition, gems are disappearing even when they are not used. Some players have already filed disputes with Apple and their credit cards as a result. GREE, it's about time you called someone in to the office to fix the problem, ASAP. The people paying your salaries are demanding it (and no, that's not your direct bosses, in case you were wondering, it's the people buying the gems).

I submitted a request yesterday. Had a fight near the End if the battle where I was only getting two or three hits per gem refill. Got a new phone yesterday that loads faster so didn't notice it right away until i started counting them cause it felt off

Gems just disappearing at 25 gems a pop. No request for refill, no confirmation screen, no nothing ... just *poof*. Ridiculous!

Had it a few times now, probably cost me 150-200 gems. Not even bothered sending a ticket to Gree, what's the point.

same here, bad connections on this game meanwhile all other apps/internet based stuffs works great.
