What's the difference between henchmen and regular mafia? I have 30 at the moment

They are exactly the same. Henchmen are rewarded to you from the game. Mafia you have to invite and accept. You can boot mafia but not henchmen. Apparently you can ask support to remove them.

No. They act exactly as normal mafia members do (with the exception that you can't drop them).

dont worry your not alone, I always seem to find my henchman being lazy in the strip club or nightclub. oh well

As discussed at length in many other threads...

Henchmen are far superior to other members in your mafia.

Henchmen fully utilize the weapons in a way standard mafia members cannot.

I have almost maxed out my henchmen by buying gold.

I believe there was a Dipsticks Guide to Henchmen Mafia thread a while ago.

Good luck! Henchmen are the only thing in this game worth spending gold!
