I've sent Gree one of my best letters so far requesting a refund. If I get a non-reply or an automated reply ill do that, any clue if there's a timeframe for that, or how it works?

Don't bother with asking gree for a refund , because that's not gonna happened . Send ticket to apple with ID of transaction .

This is a good plan to try to get GREE to do something about the hacker guilds. The ONLY voice we have is with our money.

I'm in a weird situation now. Mere seconds after my request I received a reply that its technically impossible, but when I checked the money was back in my account. The report a problem link in the email I received from apple confirming the in app purchase leads to a null request. Did I just get Gree to give me a refund, or did I through some mistake never pay at all or what's happening? I'm confused

Apple refund is typically within 24hrs of request via their online site. Had problems in other games and they always fix it faster than the actual app company responds.

Use thr call feature in the expresslane and they will call the number you give within 10 minutes. Amazing customer service.

I knew this was a hacker guild when one of my former guild members joined and he said they had almost all the guild bonuses. Hoping GREE finally did something about it. I refuse to spend money on gems for guild wars until then.

They were number 38 last guild wars and now they are affecting the top 10 players.

They arent #3 any more, they're at 1.9million cp so still well inside top #10, we're doing battle with them right now so they're certainly still there...as shocking as it may be to hear that Gree haven't done anything about another high ranking hacker guild :rolleyes:

Love the way that last time round they finished #350 now they come back with maxed out all bonus' and storm into the top 10.

Given that Gree never did anything still to this day about the Dragon Lords guild that finished #11 in the first war with all bonus' maxed, I don't imagine we'll see any action taken against these ones either.

Ok I've never said this before...but I'm actually glad that someone has revived this old thread!

If nothing else, it shows how full of *!$¥ GREE really are, and I'm sorry Sirius but I include you in this as you personally claimed over a couple of months ago now that GREE are cleaning up the hackers in the game. This thread is months old, and yet the guild still exists, still with all bonus' and 60 members, "Top 25 All Wars".

Stop posting meaningless drivel about Community Events and do something that people actually care about....clean up the cheaters!! Everything you could possibly need to find/evidence is in this thread, 'we' are doing our part...where is GREE?
