Let me explain.

It's very simple. People made promises, promises weren't held. It's as simple as that. People knew from the beginning what was expected from them.

Let me give you an example. There was one from our syn that said that he couldn't be in barely at all, and he had legit reasons. We knew that and took it in consideration, and guess if he got the boot? You probably guessed it right, he is still with us.

So it's all fair and square if you ask me.
