Is MIG 250 available for a level 47 player ?

I come across this player at level 47 having this unit, is this legit ?

And I see someone ask him, this was his reply " mig250 was a special last month for adding 250 allies past the old 500 allies cap. "

It just staggers me that these people violate the T&C's of the game so blatantly and obviously. The sad truth is if they did so in a controlled and sensible manner thereby not arising suspicion from other players they would most probably get away with it.

Yes, I am now seeing subtle hackers (I.e. don't make it too obvious / don't go overboard). But a good player can always identify a hacker.

The sad truth is that if you choose to continue playing this game you have to accept hacking is rampant with no end in sight.

Correct, resets are becoming common too. People who spent money on gold are requesting to be reset back to zero as long as they can keep their indestructible units. Gree is going along with this giving those players an unfair advantage.

I dont know. But I know that at the begining of the game there was no level requirement for any building, so a camper that started with the game can have some building others dont without having hack or reset or anything...

Guys gree don't do resets anymore unless under EXTREME circumstances... The guy is cheating who has 2 migs...in fact he ain't high enough to get one... Gree have been told about everyone we see.. They choose or not to deal with it... Normally not... This game is broken.... On many levels!
