Rivals list errors

My rivals list is filling up with names with a lot of numbers after them, when I travel to their base it is a completely different person. For ex. I see Bob225476 and travel to the base and it is Joe's base. I saw somewhere this used to be an issue but wasn't playing yet when it happened last time. Is anyone else experiencing this?

Also on Android and already uninstalled and re-installed with no change.

I've observed this same issue as well as others within my faction. Worse off is that I also see allies in my rival list, and apparently others do also because I'm getting attacked by people I'm aligned with.
