Lost account when going from iPhone 4S to iphone5

I lost my account when I went from iPhone 4S to iPhone 5!!
Now when I re loaded app on new phone when I start it,it tells me to restart! It doesn't even load! I wrote gee but I also read all the posts on how they don't respond any help from users would be great!! I'm marine3313 my Allie code is 910-405-489 please help!!!!

Need ur URL number from ur phone can find it when you click where your serial code is when on your iTunes home menu from computer.. Send that with an e mail to gree and they will get round to it..
On that note took me 7days to get account back
