Is there an option to change syndicate leadership? Thanks!

Only the current syndicate leader can change leadership. The leader can promote a member to an officer, and then promote the officer to leader. This will demote the current leader to an officer and cannot be undone, except by the new leader.

The defense leader (the other kind of leadership) can be modified anytime by the leader, except during battle. No member modifications can occur during battle.
