Getting this message when buying gems. Did buy the gems, itunes confirmed, but cannot download. Several support tickets have been ignored by gree. I'm sure I read that somebody experienced the same problem a few weeks ago - does anybody have a solution?!

LordB, i have had this problem three times now. The first time they did fix it and they credited me with the mountain of gold I purchased. During the war it happened on March 30 when I bought a mountain of gems (I buy mountains of gems to play the game my way). Sent tickets and screenshots and Apple support number and nothing. Cheated me out of $ and gems. Was allowed to purchase gems on April 3, the last day of the war at full price, but never responded to requests for my gems or a refund of my money. They obviously have a way to fix it and they choose not to. Also cheated me on monthly bonus. On my third time during dual LTQ. They always blame iTunes now and don't fix the problem. So very frustrated. I see why so many are leaving the forum and the game. The fun is being sucked right out of the game.

good luck getting your gems. you may just get better luck contacting apple and getting a refund.

You apparently have to be VERY patient with them since I had same problem 4/9/13 sent the original message from the Iphone, waited for the response with a ticket number from Gree, replied with the screen shots from Itunes and my email receipt and it took till 4/16 to get credited the gems.
Itunes if use the report a problem on your reciept will advise you of no refund policy on in app purchases BUT if you continue to not get response from Gree/Funzio on the tickets you submit you can request review of the case and sometimes Itunes will credit your credit card in 5-7 business days

Just what I was thinking.. Have your credit card company start a charge back. Due to non compliance on there part. I wouldn't wait long submit a up 3 tickets, if no reply..contact your credit card company. If using prepaid iTunes/app cards...sorry not sure wht one can do.

I ran into this same problem recently. I purchased a mountain of gems on my new iPad and was promted the same (downloading) response with nothing. I contacted Gree two weeks ago (no response yet) so i cancelled the order on the receipt from Apple itunes. they were very understanding and refunded the money with no questions. they sent me thru the apple services for troubleshooting of Apple affiliated components, but no luck with that either. i even went as far as deleting the account and reinstalling....the issue is Gree and hopefully they fix it soon. if you make any headway, please post....i would like to purchase gems!

20 mountains in march. Email sent to gree notifying them in march of gem bonus. Ticket answered two days ago saying you weren't enrolled in march. Customer service A+ >.<

As soon as I made that purchase my iPhone started prompting me for itunes password every time I launch Kingdom Age.
If I go back an try to rebuy the same thing I get the message that it is already purchased and waiting to download.
Ticket filed and ignored. I don't even try to buy gems anymore. They shot themselves in the foot.

Gree just needs to be told the problem is within their GUI. it seems to be stuck in a specific If/Then subroutine.

Have had same problem in other games. Apple will always refund but in those games the issue was never fixed and I was locked out of buying that category. Could buy higher or lower and cash vs gold kind of difference. Of course its mountain that is messed up so that really sucks.

Thanks for the tip. I can buy the lower amount. Of course I dont get the same level of gems for the equal amount of money. Wish gree would do whatever it was that they did on April 3. Fixed the block although they never honored the sale.

I had this problem the penultimate day of the first war. It caused untold amounts of stress given the timing. It took them a while but after I sent the iTunes purchase history screenshot, they credited me the gems I had bought.
Luckily, I realized like 2 hours before the first war ended that being locked out from buying a Mountain didn't stop me from buying a Chest.
However, I have not tried buying a Mountain since then so I don't know if I'm still locked out from it or not. Since Gree is refusing to do anything about hacker guilds, I am not buying any gems, no matter how enticing the 20% off sale.

Well, it didn't last long. Bought four chests and then locked out again. There seem to be so many problems at present, not sure when Gree will effect changes. Wish there was a way to contact superiors.

having the same problem, sent ticket to gree, answer was that they have numerous ticket and to be patient. turn around and sent a ticket to the apple support got an answer within one hour, stating that they will reimburse my money within 6 to 7 day, but i am locked cannot purchase gems now in the game. Grrrrrr

For anyone still experiencing this problem, here's a solution that's worked for at least 2 ppl I know. It's simpler than you might expect.
You need to make sure you completely close down app. Double click home button and press and hold the kingdom age app icon until red minus sign shows up tap it again when it does to close it out. Turn off idevice. Repeat several times as necessary. Took me three trys to reset it.
Basically when you reboot try to buy a mountain, if you get the same error repeat the process until things sync back up and it starts working.

I had this same problem during the event. Send multiple tickets to Greedy with zero response.
Finally today, once the 20% sales is over I am able to purchase a mountain of gem again.
During the war I am force to buy small bag of gems which make no money sense.
Well, the bug is not totally fixed as right now I need to key in PW to gain access to KA!!
Gree is degrading.

Nacon, Apple can only issue a refund. They have no control over the download of the product, i.e., gems. Glad you were given yours. Mine have never shown up.
still waiting to recieve my 1500 gems that i bought and never recieved, i think if this keeps happening, tickets ignored, i have 7 tickets in my inbox that have yet to be replied too, its a matter of time before someone prolly decides to sue the company
Never got my gems. Support finally responded to my ticket only to say "please let us know if you are still having the problem." Yes, I am I replied... Nothing more heard since. Time to ask Apple for a refund, although I had hoped to get the gems since the purchase attempt was on the original 40% off sale.

Have exactly the same issue as everyone else here about being locked out of buying gems, being asked for my iTunes password and the gems i have bought (receipt from Apple) not being downloaded :-(

Apple support is your friend.
They will answer within a few hours and the money was refunded 3 day after.
If Gree doesn't react to your tickets the write to appla support and you will get the help you need.

Hey guys, I wanted to give you an update on the status of this. I have experienced the problem a little while back and posted at the beginning stages of this post. Finally, I am able to purchase a mountain of gems without any issues. I'm not sure if this was a fix on behalf of Gree/Apple recently, but I am finally glad to get the most for my money. Before this incident of not being able to purchase a mountain, i was able to make smaller purchases without an issue. i made 1 purchase for 650 gems after i was denied the 1500 gem purchase. I tried the mountain purchase today with the 20% discount and it went thru. not only was i able to make the purchase but that stubborn Apple ID sign in pop up that shown everytime I tried to play the game finally went away.

I have yet to get a response from GREE or Apple regarding this. I got double charged for a single purchase on 4/21/13.

Same here, I could today buy a discounted mountain, even if I cannot buy a normal priced one... Or lets see about that when the discounts are over.

I am still having this problem. Purchased gems over a month ago, was charged but never received my gems. I still get the apple id pop up every time i log into kingdom age. I put in a help ticket but have yet to hear a response from them.

I have had this problem on and off since the first wars. It is fixed and then out of the blue will come back again on a random purchse. I had itunes refund me once for it as it was never resolved with Gree.
Also the credit card issuer will refund it but Itunes can block you from making any purchases on your Apple ID for that until Itunes feels the issues are resolved.
I have noticed you can buy again after a while and then at some point the " already purchased but waiting to be downloaded message appears again" usually during Wars for me....

This has been a problem for a while, and I've reported a couple of times. Gree is working on it with Apple. Many people have also said they have the same problem. So when a guild-mate, Lorglath, told me a work around that ACTUALLY works, I thought I'd share. CJ did post on my thread on this topic that they have a fix for this that will be sent out with their next update. But until then...
You need to transfer your game to another device that has not had KA on it. I did this on Friday, but first went to a device that had an old game on it. Gems purchased downloaded, but I wasn't able to buy more.
After much tinkering, I was able to get my second device to a KA virgin state, did the tutorial, then the transfer...and then no problems downloading gems...
Make sure that you first go through the tutorial. Then do the transfer. You should be able to get your gems this way.

Thats what happened to me, I bought the $19.99 bag of gems and it said my card was unaccepted so i went into my iTunes account and switched to another card and after it was saved iTunes asked if I still wanted to make the purchase. I clicked buy and then launched KA and it has started asking me for my iTunes password every time I open the app and the gems were never received. I submitted a ticket on May 19th at 2:30AM PST and got an email today saying the volume has been higher than expected and that GREE would let me know when a specialist has reviewed the issue.

Gree has said this fix will be in next update. If you don't want to wait, transfer your game to another device. They will download then.

I had the same issue after having to verify credit details.
Raised a support request but got tired of waiting so I transferred the game onto another iPad device. That was the only way to fix it. As for the support request ...well I gave up after iTunes refunded my money back.

I think I posted this before but wasn't sure. I had the "already Purchased" issue a few weeks back. I put in a ticket and got the same .,"we are working with apple.." Response . Wrote them back agin better explaining what happened.(and in a nice way told them I don't want to have to call ITunes) After about a week they DID reply. Asking me to provide screen shots of the Purchase in ITunes , and of the " Already Purchased " prompt I was getting... I sent them the shots, and about two weeks later the Gems were credited to my KA. Just wanted to tell y'all if you put in a ticket maybe attach screen shots on your first Email to speed up the process . Hope this helps..
