Day 28....has been resolved. They must have nuked my thread? I can't see it. Hopefuly everyone else who had posted their outstnading tickets also got theirs.

Guy, I hope they compensated you for your trouble and any one else with the same problem. Hopefully Gree learns from there mistakes one day.

those tickets are about paychecks of gree employees .. we're just making sure if gree employees got paid with the money we sent :D

I too have been waiting about two months, with no reply. I never received gold from one of their "offers". I was told to contact the third party (tapjoy?). Contacted them 4 times with 0 response. I have gone back to GREE two times and still have not gotten a response...

Ticket #430068, 48 days and counting. Is it really THAT difficult to return $17 million that just disappeared into nothing?

To make the matter worse, the building timer issues that have been occurring for the past several weeks have caused me to miss out on an additional several million in cash.

This issue has become worse about three times over in the past 48 days (which is roughly SEVEN WEEKS). The first two attempts to resolve this issue were resets of some or all of my building timers, putting most or all of my hood out of synch and resulting in the loss of millions. Twice!

Gree, what the actual fk are you people snorting?

I'm still waiting for missing gold, have sent 3 tickets in so far and still waiting, from about 10th march. With customer service like this any other company would be in the pan by now! It's a disgrace

I don't understand Gree's ticket system.

I did a 15 gold misclick yesterday and had a refund within hours.

One week ago (Saturday, Ticket 532081) I had a major game lag and misclicked a 1,000 gold purchase of 2 corps warriors... and am STILL WAITING FOR MY REFUND?

How? Why? Come on Gree!

My phone died a week ago. I sent a ticket to have my player transferred. I am still waiting. In the meantime they are losing my cash.
