I went to buy some gold and after it deposited it quickly went away. So like a moron I clicked it again and got the amount I originally wanted. The problem is after checking my iTunes transactions, it showed two bought. So besides sending a ticket, is there anything else I can do to get reimbursed or the gold coming to me?

They will ask for your iTunes receipt. Happened to me last war. Took forever too.

Just email iTunes support and ask for the refund

Yeah... No way will you get it back from Gree.

They will probably send you a copy and paste standard response email in about 3 weeks saying that if you still having issues then please let them know.
