Armored TomCat?

I found this unit in my faction members units. Its an air unit that comes with a 20% decrease in health regeneration. I asked him about it and he said it was from the LTQ event. But from what I have seen its not from that. Anyone here own this unit and know how to get it or was it a previous event?

It was the prize from the last LTQ event in hero mode, the same event as the deadly bridge jumper in normal mode.

So in the last LTQ event some of my faction including me got 40% reduction in health regen :)

I notice no prizes like that in this event, they were sweet!

It was also given out as a prize to the top 3 faction members in the first battle, which is how I got mine.
