Next Tier for Boss?

I'm level 149 and very close to 150 - does the boss event health jump at 151 or 150?; the answer will determine how much of the ltq I do.

the new tier starts at 151, if ur scared, just initiate the boss now while ur 149, the rest of the bosses stay in that tier regardless if u level up to 151+ in that time period
