What does the (H) mean behind some units mean? And also is there any benefits that it gives??

Heroic. When you complete a Limited Time Quest (LTQ), it then starts all over again in Heroic Level. It is harder to complete, and the stats on units won are much better. So you are seeing a unit that was won in Heroic level, and that is why it has the (h).

Quick question. When i first started playing the game my character was a mage and would use the best wands from what was available. My phone had to be replaced so i ended up having to re-start my game as i could not recover the old one, anyway second time when i made a mage character it wont use any mage items. I even bought a mage attack item which at the moment is the highest stat item i have and ive reached level 11 but for some reason my character has never used a mage item. What is the reason behind this and how do i fix it ?
