Does anyone the know how long it takes to regen health for battles? Is it the same 1 point per minute as MW? Thank you guys

correct. 1 per minute. In MW it can be quicker with health bonuses and units with health bonuses.

How often can one attack?

I see the 1 point per minute - but how many points to I need to attack?

Will hideout health syndicate bonus increase shorten regen time so members can attack more?

No, it increases the damage your hideout can take before going down.
