Halo is right- Best advice you'll get, buy a composite. 385 gold will get you maximum 19,000 energy, which might get you 1/3 the way through normal mode- you might get 3k/3k added to your stats, although I'd think less. Get a composite and take it to lvl 10.

There isn't a single way to beat a composite for value.

Agree with the composite factory comments, also hope that eventually the android guys get it working correctly .. Those of us on ios sometimes don't realise how good we have it!

385 gold wouldn't allow you to complete the first round in the event when added to the amount of energy you get for free over the course of four days (assuming you are on basic levels of energy regen) although it would help you get a few more units for sure. Perhaps a good way to go would be to get the composites and use the remainder of your gold for energy in this event.

(2) Spend a little more and finish the event (if you have a minimum of 1,000 energy for recharges)

I think that's a good choice . I would see how far you get for free in this event and if another good unit is close to getting at the end use a little gold .,there are some really nice units in this event

I would get the composite factory and then save the rest for Epic elite event unless you are
a-nowhere close to getting the reward
b-easily get the reward without gold

but if you are
c-close to finishing but can't quite kill the last few bosses

then there is no better bang for your buck

Is it really going to take 2,000 gold to finish the event? You mean finish it in prestige mode, in 2 hours like the guy who made the thread did?

I'm just going to coast through it in normal mode, and use no more than 500...

Same here I just want to use a bit of gold for some good units. I already used twenty gold for the F16
