How did you coordinate during Syndicate events?

Title says it all... trying to get my group coordinated. Forums didn't work, so I'm wondering what other methods everyone used?

I know there are a few phone chat programs, but I don't know any of the names. But any and all tips would be great.

Only 40? How did you apply such a good filter to all of the faxes?

Skype and google handouts could be a valuable tool to coordinate face to face. In fact, handouts are probably the easiest.
