2 LTQs?

I am sorry this is probably posted somewhere, but I recieved a LTQ to build the new money building and claims it to be 1/10...is this not the new LTQ with missions? If not, what does this quest do?

My prediction is that you get rewarded units for building and upgrading the building. We have 20 days to do it, so saving up shouldn't be so tough.

Yes the actual LTQ looks to require you be level 40 to compete. Not sure what you get from the building quest.

Ahh this would explain a lot...lvl 30 so I was wondering why I couldn't see it...

because the last mission requires lvl 40 to complete it.
