Minimum Level for Goal Chain?

Quick question here, is there a minimum level requirement for this event? I HAVE it on my iPad account (level 140s) but NOT on my iPhone account (level 30s). Please help!

It most likely has to do with the Unti Buildings and their lvl Not the minimum lvl you are:

This is an assumption....but based that we need certain units to attack the PVE i would assume its right. However we won't know unless someone finishes and is tracking.

Nothing Advanced yet but i would think that they wouldn't offer it to you unless it was possible to finish.
The Question i would start asking the Lower level players is what are their Unit buildings at?

So what if we can't complete the entire quest chain, they could at least let us start and get a few rewards including the +1 valor from raiding which is actually super easy to get if it is from the dictators compound. That map can't be more than level 10 or so tops.

3 Days and 23 hour remain. As a free player this is the Perfect event but it will cause you to lvl up alot.

Last map needed to compete is unlocked at level 40 so looks like if you don't have access to all maps you can not compete

Except for the fu, i couldn't agree more. Was thinking about deleting the game, because it takes a lot of time and, this just might makes it easier

Sounds like the highest map Devin Hit was Trident Beachhead to finish normal mode. That's level 40. SO you would think it would let you play the levels you could do and Especially since doing all these missions would level you up several times. I'm not going to blast 5 extra levels on my LLP just to get to play when time runs out.

There should be a level cap. They aren't going to lower the level requirements for the maps so LLPs can play.

Perpetual load failure I was in just finished and I now show todays build number. BUT still no LTQ other than the building. SO I dont even get to play the insurgent camp. What a waste. I have several LLP on my faction who could have really used a few more good units.

Level 35 and only have the building ltq. Sucks big time. I was looking forward to it :(

They don't need to. Why not do them until you reach the task that acquires level 40. And then you get a notification that you first unlock map x before moving on. Now i'm just bored and raiding

I didn't have the event on my LLP, when it was level 39, but the second I leveled up it appeared in my goals.

my llp doesnt have the event, nor does another faction member's llp and hes at 42, anyone else have an idea?
