What? You mean you don't like the standard response of
"Thank you for the report on this issue, and we apologize for the delay which was due to an exceedingly high ticket volume during the event. Our engineers were working through the event to address the issues reported to us, and we appreciate your patience while we were working to resolve those and for your participation"
Of course they didn't address the issue, give restitution or correct the problem. Just the standard response.

At least you get replacement fries from the other guys. 💰💸

As for the year that was , have to agree with what you've posted, I think they need to take your list and check it off when they have rectified the goof ups, work on the core game and get back to a nominal amount of hiccups! Bring back the game that most of us joined for and enjoyed so much !

Hm, Its strange, I have enough units with plenty of bonuses on them and all of them work (top 50, top 250, event units with bonus, war units etc), the only glitch I am experiencing is the freezing of the game after every succubus (present event) and I have never got an auto response from gree service, every problem I had, was solved in a day - misclicks in a few hours, once I was rewarded a faster upgrade (they upgraded a building for me) because of a missing unit, so I am very happy with this game. And I always keep in mind that there is no such thing as "bug-free" game.
