You forget to pick up your wife after she gets off work......twice.
You look up at the clock and "Oh ****" yourself and still check MW as you haul ass to whatever it is that you blew off.
Your friends have entire conversations with you and you have no idea what they said because you were looking at stats.
You go to the bathroom.....again.
You use iTunes cards to spend money off of the books.
You pass up sex with your wife during WD events. Actually that is false because battles last an hour. I have time still.

During WD events, your day is on a hour by hour basis
You keep buying LE sets hoping for an uncommon or rare...knowing it's not coming

Since MW is on your primary phone you ignore phone calls from wife, work, family, and friends for however long you can keep MW open (usually 3 days for me). I am certain that there are many, many people addicted to this game.

In all seriousness, my heart goes out to anyone suffering from an addiction.

All I can say to people who are addicted (not from playing this game), but to spending money to play this game.

Talk to your family, friends, and seek professional help.

Good point PJ. I have had my battles with certain addictions in the past and have overcome them through laughter and sharing with others that shared the same problems. However, not all can get past their addictions, whatever they may be, in the same way. For me, the first step was recognizing a problem existed in the first place. Maybe this thread can be helpful as many may recognize that they do in fact have an issue that needs to be addressed. I in fact have previously spent money beyond my means on this game, but no longer do I do so. I will spend every now and then, but not at the expense of putting my real family, real friends, and real life first.

If I'm with my friends, I would whip out my phone just to collect from my 12-hour buildings. During world domination, I didn't skip Easter with my family to play MW. I was more referring to the monetary addiction as I cannot spend more than 5 minutes at most playing this game in a single session. It seems to physical impossible. My android will not make it past 4 minutes without force closing on a good day.
