Losing key cases on BLNT??

I had 24 key cases. I've watched as I opened one the last four times, al of which had been BLNT, and I keep losing one every time. Normally you don't lose one with a BLNT result, but I am now. Is this a problem?

I have. and I just had three more disappear on BLNTs...that would explain why I started with 41 when the event commensed and I am now down below 20 and only have 8 keys and 3 other successful opens along with the ones I have still be collecting...

Amazingly enough, this had happened to me before in MW a few times, where I bought a crap load of units just to be a just a tiny bit overvaulted before going bed, then waking up wondering who the *&^% robbed me silly when I slept cause I thought I lost millions... Only to find out nothing in my news, then remembering what I did the night before...

I have lost loads of cases in these last 2 events:
I.E: if I have zero on hand & go to a hood to rob for them I would probably get around 6, after clicking on the 6 cases my on hand count would only go up to 2, so 4 have gone missing straight away,
Then if I close down the CC app & open it I would only hav 1 on hand to open...

So it's completely a waste of time me trying to compete in this race for top 250 let alone top 25..

I have contacted support about this & all they said was:

It is still doubling up like the last few have where if you rob someone and get one, it shows you have it. Then you click on it to pick it up and it shows you have two. Close the app and reopen and it shows you only have one. The good thing is that if you have zero and you go rob and get one and it shows two with this error, then you open one successfully, it will still show that you have one on hand when you come back. Doesnt matter when you have 38 of them on hand though...

Yep, that's the sorta problem :(

Also when you try & open them using Gold opens + resets you get down to a level that even Gold openings give you the "Sorry better luck next time" message lol
So frustrating, I've asked them to refund the gold I've used on thes last 2 events as I've no chance in competing in the race for top 10 & 25/250 events when I'm losing 5 out of every 6 cases gained...
